Thanks. but the sample city here picked is not a reasonable one. if they can
pick up cities like 夏门，重庆，青岛, it would be more reliable.
But can they find?

of course. I think the TV is talking about 额都? Do the residents there like
to stay in single house? Do they get used to the clean and private bathroom
instead of一个大而热闹的澡房? the tv broadcaster didn't say anything about
the culture difference but just Phenomenon.
as I know, they are rich but there is no place to spend their money. If the
developer built so many houses without some entertainment facilities, and
they properly did, the new town won't attract enough people to move in.

ordos，内蒙的鄂尔多斯，这种城市根本就不是外地人喜欢去的地方，连迪拜那种地方
都不如。

不明白你到底想说什么
这是个大家都不愿意去的地方，也就是个没有市场的地方，建这么多房子显然不是个明
智的市场行为。video中说的很清楚，是为了gdp。

你可以去你提到的任何一个城市，都有一些新的开发区，你去逛逛，很多都蛮空的。
