我看网站上FAQ是这样的：

说的是要%5.95用来receive a check。如果我先把钱都给ach出去，然后等账户没钱了
，再close，也不要他们的check了，是不是就不用交着5.95了啊？
账户里面saving checking都空了不会被罚款什么的吧？
