律师写的，“The importance of this work can be substantiated by the fact
that this research was funded by the National Science Foundation." 貌似天经
地义啊。不知道他为啥这么写。虽然理论上被NSF fund的工作当然是“重要的”工作，
但这样的工作多了去了，在eb1a的reference letter里这么说有意义吗？还是说因为我
们见怪不怪所以忽略NSF fund本身的说明力？

I have not looking at banked owned market for a while. But i just took a
look within the several weeks. Banks seems desperate now.
one townhouse from 109000 to 88000
one condo from 11000 to 99000
one condo from 134000 to 114000
Also notice mortgage rate has been all times row which indicates a very bad
housing market

my two cents
如果可以加上目前NSF只fund大概10%左右的proposal可能比较有说服力来说明你工作的
重要性。（那个10%数值你得去查查看有没有出处）

要这么写，不要从你的角度认为被NSF, NIH等federal 机构支持没有什么了不起br />
如果都这么想，那么发英文文章也没有什么了不起，审稿更是日常工作，文章被引用也
不稀奇，那么这个版可以关门了。br />
从移民官角度看，你的工作如果被联邦政府机构支持说明这个工作很重要并且是美国国
家社会需要的，这就证明了给你绿卡的合理性。

the last one is in a very nice neighborhood while others are in bad
neighborhoods
