职业绿卡好像是以未来的工作为担保的，貌似现在不一定要为sponsor你的公司工作，
只要那个公司给你申请等着就好了。

职业绿卡是以你当时的position来算的。不然何必去打广告，做perm？
职业绿卡申请的理由本就是因为你的无法取代，才需要为你申请永久居住权。如果
position都没了，可能还能让你申请。
虽然说你140批了，然后你就在排队了，pd在。如果你跳槽，那好说，新公司重新申请
，relink上你的pd就好了。如果你在f1，就算你排期到了，你file 485，马上就会悲剧
的。

这样理论上是可行的，我之前也遇到一样的问题，哪怕人不在美国都可以，但是具体情
况需要具体怎么操作还要和律师沟通

看移民局的定义，貌似可以，you have a permanent employment opportunity，所以
不一定需要现在就上班，只要公司保留这个职位到你上班为止，所以可以等待你正式拿
到绿卡再上班。我不是律师，估计律师会更明白

可是如果你是公司的绿卡，你file 485，有180天rule。这块我就真不知道了，是公司
可以withdraw还说是gov不允许了。。。
