why FA it is good? P/E is already very high and considering it is the
best
quarter ever... and lots of old guys in BRCM will exercise their options
this year (expire next year). Many ppl have 10-50k options with strike
price 1x$...
It is already a big company and many markets already matured.ie. set top
box, wifi-
combo, enterprise networking...
what's the future growth area of BRCM? Mobile...but so far mobile
hasn't
show a single smartphone design win yet... it needs to compete with big

是啊，都卖不出去，我拿了一台，一开始偷偷高兴，看一下账单，傻眼了，只要硬生生
的退回去， 不敢Check out.
iPhone4现在越来越难解锁了，拆机硬解是一条出路，可是难度有一些。。

That's way too much for brcm being not a single design win... it is shipping

BRCM got some cell phone design wins with smart features, not exactly smart
phone.
Hopefully things gonna change soon.
