在网站买打印机，用amazon payment check out，买完之后发现一个coupon没有用，就
从amazon payment cancel了，前后也就10分钟，马上收到了amazon payment
cancellation 的确认信，结果今天发现打印机寄来了，信用卡也没被charge，我是不
是还要打电话叫人把这个打印机拖回去啊？那我该联系谁？amazon payment 还是卖打
印机的网站? 哎！

关于Faculty Scholarly Productivity Index 2007引用数量的计算问题
我看网页上的计算方法是这么写的：“Citation counts cover a four year span so
refer to citations to articles published for the years 2003, 2004, 2005 and
2006".这句话我感觉有几种理解：
1）2003，2004，2005，2006年这4年中发表的所有的文章从发表之日起至2006年底所有
的引用次数
2）2003，2004，2005，2006年这4年中发表的所有的文章从发表之日起至2007年底所有
的引用次数
3）所有科研生涯中发表的文章在2003，2004，2005，2006年这4年中所获得的引用数量。
我个人感觉应该是前两个理解是正确的，但是具体是1还是2呢？
请大家帮帮我！
