i used sogo and switched to optionshouse.
optionshouse is better, $2.95/trade

yes, penny is not good, $2.95per trade plus $0.01/share I think.

if you are doing short term and you are not trading above $10000 for each
trade, scottrade's commission will kill you. For sogo, the excution speed is slow. You probably want to think about Interactive brokers.
