有利条件：
1.引用280，主要是1篇二作paper，导师是一作
2.专利七八个，其中一个获得包括美、欧等很多国家批准。其余专利都是中国专利
3.有几个媒体报道，电视、报纸都有。
这么弱的case申请EB1行吗，求评估！！

• Microsoft will continue to invest in the development of Windows Phone and cloud services so customers can do more with their phone, across their work and personal lives.
• Nokia’s content and application store will be integrated with Microsoft Marketplace for a more compelling consumer experience.

专利有应用吗？没有应用的专利可能用处不大
