今天看到2条消息，projection 就是个p
Federal Deficit Tops $1 Trillion for 3rd Straight Year- AP
CA revenue 10%, (540B) below projection. Income tax 2.9% over. Corporate tax
19.3% below estimates. Sales and use tax 12.5% below. Overall $11b in red
in July.
Controller's office not sure if it is a genuine slowdown or it is because of
the earthquake in Japan.

Corporations have record profit, the income tax 19.3% below estimate,
only show one thing, they make more money oversea and the money will stay
oversea.

The profit would not come back until dollar stops declining.
It's more and more similar to Japan during the past 20 years.
Japnese firms had made huge amount of profits overseas, yet it did
not help Japnese economy.
全球化的结果就是高处往低处填水（就是钱），直到最后大家都差不多。
