Human Genome Sciences (HGSI). The drug developer, which agreed to be bought
by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) earlier this month for $14.25 per share, says it
received and rejected a much higher $35 per share takeover bid by Amgen (
AMGN) back in August, 2010. It decided not to sell at the time because
regulatory approval for its lupus drug Benlystsa was expected later that
year.

Anyone knows what is happening to HGSI? Now the expire date (July 27, 2012)
of GKS's offer already past, why is it still trading at 14.25? What will
happen later for those who did not sell their shares?

why can't they just pick "damaged by shipper" or "wrong item sent", you are
