amazon上买了个第三方的东西，质量不好要退。
联系了卖家同意退,他让我跟amazon request return.
但点了return没有可以退的选择，出现这么句话 For safety
reasons, items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable
liquids or gases cannot be returned to Amazon.com. Customers should dispose
of hazardous materials according to Local, State and Federal regulations.
Customers should contact their local government or local waste company for
directions on how to dispose of Household Hazardous Waste.
