首先金银是最诚实的货币，虽然现在的各国政府和经济学家都尽量不希望百姓知道这点
从蒋介石去台湾不带纸钞，只带金银就可以得知。再看虽然现在金银不是流通货币，各

30万吨下降到目前的大约3万多吨。从目前工业需求，这些白银库存只够维持7-8年时间

Real estate is where the same bubble (USGovt sponsored artificial
cheap loans) that crashed the 2006 market comes back.
Real estate price should not be growing while the unemployment is
still high and people's income stagnates. If I have no robust income
then I cannot cover the mortgage payment. If I cannot afford the
payment then the price has no reason to be high. It's that simple.

The demand is very strong.
I have a two bedroom in a nice area, the rent was 860/month. The lease was
due next month.
Last weekend, I had a showing for 4 different party three of them wanted it.
This time, the rent was raised to 980/month. I paid 66,500 for it and spent
8,000 to make it nice.

It matters not who's buying b/c it's overpriced regardless. When
you buy sth overpriced you are not an investor but a speculator.
You are looking for a sucker willing buy it at an even higher price
so that you could flip this overpriced hot potato to him.
The problem is there're only limited supply of suckers. Once you
run out of them, you would have the overpriced hot potato stuck
in your hand. YOU WOULD BECOME A SUCKER. That's how every bubble
pops at the end.

Overpriced or not depends on your valuation. Apparently, these investors
think they are getting a bargain buying house at low prices compared to peak
a few years ago and at historically low interest rate.
Besides, it is hard to call them speculators if their investments can
generate positive cash flow, something gold cannot.

It's only those who are lucky or have the privilege to buy the
repossessed property at auction price that make money. You and I,
do not have access to that low price. The public majority will be
forced to buy at the high, or the banks owning those assets would
go bust. That's the whole point of this bank rescue.
And a word on positive cash flow. The rest of the world is tired
of Dollar debasement while there's only limited supply of gold as
replacement. Is China's 3T junk Dollars big enough a cash flow? :-)
