11/2014, buyer paid a brand new sth.
12/7/2014, buyer asked for return
12/8/2014, buyer claimed item still sealed with plastic and gave me a
tracking.
The tracking shows an item was shipped to my zip (ups store) on 12/5/2014
and delivered at noon on 12/8/2014. I went to UPS store at evening to pick
up the package and did not get it. So I replied that I will not refund until
I get the package.
By the way, the return tracking was usps without insurance or signature.
The buyer opened an item not as described case on the same day on paypal (
not ebay!) and won the case in 2 days. Paypal did a full refund.
Then he went even further, requesting me to pay for the return shipping cost
! Paypal called me to pay for it. At this moment, I still did not get my
package.I was so upset and I told the Representative the story, she gave a
number to reopen the case on paypal (because it was closed already) to
reinvestigate it.
When I called the number to reopen it, the representative said he does NOT
understand how this case favored the buyer. I told him and I have evidence
for each piece I said (I wrote down before making the call). He said hold
the evidence and he may not need it even.
But two days later, I lost the case again. This time no calls from paypal to
tell me pay the return shipping.
I went to the UPS store again and asked if they could help me find the
package and they did. Finally I got the sth, sealed broken already,not
what the buyer claimed.
I clicked on the buyer's history, he purchased several sth.
Lesson learned: check purchase history before shipping!
