前天史考特早上系统宕机，先是提示下午2：00恢复，但是直到2：40还没好，账户进不
去，好不容易打华人客服，委托下单平仓，因为做dt;第二天进帐户一看，该平的没平
，还开了空仓，急了，损失惨重，打电话质询，答复听完录音下午给我回复！我等了一
下午,今天又是一天没有任何回复，去开户行，告知还在听录音，听完后给回复；问具
体什么时间，答不知道，还反问，你想怎么样？

ib or optionshouse
I do not have those 2. But they are better than shit fuck special

if one day there is a huge drop, very likely it will not allow you

换broker吧。现在靠谱的就那么几家：
IB，TDAmeritrade， Fidelity

This is a good reminder of the risk with broker, keep in mind with this to
hold your position. Even this happens, you can tolerate such risk.

Then why you recommend these two?
I think IB has one of the best mobile platform, but I don't like its TWS.
Optionhouse sucks at both mobile and web platform.

撸主这么急匆匆的炒股方式，想不赔钱也难啊。与用啥broker没关系。
类似于，这里有的人炒股赔钱，把原因归罪于股版和埋怨大牛的误导，然后骂几句这里
是粪坑茅房。很典型的某症状。呵呵。。。

交易是交易，券商是券商，自己的利益被侵犯跟赔钱有何关系，这某些华人是不是被强

don't be shy, don't feel even guilty. You are not making a trouble to them!
They own you. It is time to show your strength. Say straight to his face: I
want compensation! I will not be responsible for the loss due to your
mistake!
Write review to complain their arrogant careless attitude and of course
unreliable service. Be specific about the office you went. If upper manager
knows this is on internet, they will be in trouble.
Complain to BBB, they may help you for free.
Of all, have your short position cleared ASAP.

到底是不是你交流上的问题也还没有定论。
也别扯什么华人族群，其实就是你自己想发财搞dt，遇到个宕机就心慌慌，然后与劵商
之间电话交流时出现了问题，赔了点钱就唧唧歪歪骂奸商，并上升到华人层次。
宕机这个事，不管是交易商broker，还是交易所exchange，都是很常见的事。每当发生
时，都会有很多争议。
别人不同意你观点和行为的，不站在你个人的利益方面，你就认为是某些华人被强奸。
按照这个逻辑，那。。。这个帖子里支持你的网友华人，是不是被你强奸了？呵呵。。
我自己用史考特十年了没有任何问题。史考特非常干净，也没有隐藏费用。
