IEA says oil may have bottomed as non-OPEC producers cut output
Oil prices might have bottomed as production declines in the United States
and other non-OPEC producers accelerate and an increase in Iranian supply

所以大湿别的都卖了，唯独USO／PSX不卖。狗剩也是老狗了，玩不出新花样。
