this is not news yet, still a rumor. intc has been licensed from nvda and
will expire soon. so they are switching to amd. AMD will probably get 200ish
million per year if intc makes similar deal to the old nvda one.
intc and amd probable figure out they need to work together to counter the
cuda thing from nvda.
