为啥绝对买得起？现在intc市值不过nvda三倍左右，买的话至少溢价30%吧！拿自己将
近一半的市值去买？当年amd买ati用了自己市值三分之一好像？然后就一直缺钱了

2. 这类并购会影响垄断法
