上午的时候经常嗓子不舒服，就是总想清嗓子的那种感觉，要不说话就会有点嘶哑。中
午吃完饭后就会好很多。虽然早晨时间比较紧，不可能好好的吃早点，但通常会喝点茶
，吃个bagel或几片面包。大家觉得是什么原因呢，有什么建议？谢谢

如果已经有台式，有必要再弄台便宜的笔记本便携用么？
觉得有台本子在图书馆学习、出门、或者和同学一起讨论都会方便些，但不知道值不值
得因为这些理由而花钱

谢谢。早点吃的不多，而且胃也没有不舒服的感觉，应该不算acid reflux吧？

GERD/laryngopharyngeal reflux is an excellent thought, majority of people
have a mild degree of reflux during sleep, and even a mild degree of
aspiration, you don't really needs to be very much symptomatic like having
heart burns everyday,
you did not provide enough details, but chronic sinusitis can be another
source of irritant,
you can make an appointment with an ENT doctor to get a laryngeal scope and
see,

多谢了。您说的laryngopharyngeal这些词以前都没见过。长学问了。请问ent是不是需
要family doctor refer呀？不能直接make appointment吧？如果不看医生，有什么otc
的药可以自己试一试呢？

Prilosec OTC Acid Reducer, Delayed-Release Tablets
