It is not data management. They need quite a few months to see the trend.
This is what I see is happening.
1. EB1 C crack down. As there is another blog saying more EB1 140 scrutiny.
Also one post about congressmen getting email about those India companies. I
also heard from our company lawyers as well, CIS started to take a close
look at those Eb1 cases since later 2010. The effect is felt now as EB1 140
takes some time approval while EB1 485 is quick (almost same time as 140
granted). So adding 3-6 months from Sept. 2010 (crack down), it is about NOW
DOS/CIS see the effect and trend.
2. EB2 ROW trend. It is pretty stable for years. So that is clear
3. EB3 porting. The high pressure is pre-2005 guys, which should all be done
before end of 2010. And the constant flow seems stable now at about 500-
1000 per month. This is a trend for months from DOS/CIS view.
4. EB2 India/China. Seems not much new filing even the PD moves ahead. Less
dependent filing, less people missing the 07/2007 boat
DOS/CIS is confident now, if they can get 11K for 6 months, another 11K for
next 6 months (they still have to predict as they don't know in July/August,
a dilemma), and normal ~10-20K spillover from EB1 and EB2 ROW. There should
be about ~30K to ~40K for EB2 I/C this year.
My prediction will now be changes to (for EB2 I/C 09/2011 PD)
100% 3/8/2007
70% 6/8/2007
50% 8/8/2007 DOS/CIS wants to see if they have demand (how much ppl missed
07/2007). Those ppl prob will file but still cannot get as 100% PD for EB2I/
C will retrogress in 10/2011.
20% 11/8/2007

如果从高空俯瞰，可以看到在茫茫的雪山上，三个几乎贴在一起的人正在缓慢向前
，身后留下的足迹转眼间就被风雪掩盖。
在血腥议会的中央生物实验室，康纳博士衣着整齐，和以往一样准时出现，坐进了
已经等在楼外的浮空运行车中。前后五辆浮空运行车一一浮起，沿着预定的轨道行驶了
一公里后，

有没有人发现，一些人，我们看着不怎么样，好像肚子里没货，可是很多人喜欢，很多
人相信，原因就是他们很会说，口才很好。
口才不好的，就是有能力，都没人相信，也没人看到似的。刚毕业时候，一起去找工作
，明明我专业成绩其他方面都比很多人强，可是我说话方面比不过他们，于是被他们超
过了，选择了他们。
真是郁闷到家，后来好不容易找到工作。但是在公司里面，和同事的关系也不是很亲密
，感觉有点被孤立和被遗弃的感觉。
越来越发现这沟通能力才是最重要的能力，你嘴巴不是很好，口才不是很好，肚子里有
货都说不出来。这很苦恼的一件事。
就像一个女人你内在很好，可是你不漂亮，其他人就不会用心来观察你，来欣赏你。
现在我在慢慢训练，不断朗诵文章，对着镜子说话，起码能够让自己的语言表达能力上
几个台阶才行。
幸好自己的工作还不是销售，要是销售的话，那估计没人要的。
因为实在无法很好沟通，而销售最需要的就是这种沟通能力。有些人销售人员纯粹自来
熟，一下子和你称兄道弟，依稀子就知道你的兴趣爱好，和你聊的来。
这点真是差了很多。
人相信，原因就是他们很会说，口才很好。

folks a) PD Porting b) CP c) PWMB's. The news we still have to get a more
detailed version but I personally feel that there is a decent chance of
hitting the Jul - Aug 2007 line. After that it is really DOS discretion what
to do. I think that the reason that they are looking into this right now is
that even they feel its maybe likely otherwise they could have happily done
spillover in the last quarter. Lets wait for the May bulletin. Friends for
now the details are very sketchy I believe that even in the worst case
scenario we will go to atleast Feb 2007 best case may well be crossing the
Jul - Aug 2007 line after that its really DOS discretion.

水边那些是水杉，mangrove是红树吧，Miami沿海诸岛旁边很多，水杉则是南方各州的
湖边沼泽很多。
