I've seen cases where ppl with reservation couldn't get a truck. U-haul
doesn't have a very good reservation system. It also depends on the store.
Some has very bad services...

我差点死在UHaul的车轮下
帮朋友搬家,loading dock是下斜的
车就斜趴着
东西快装完了,我和朋友站在车后
突然车子向后移动起来,而我们身后是车库的铁门,之间只有半米的距离
幸好我们反应快
四处飞逃
才没有被车车和铁门挤成肉饼
