Is there any Unix command,
Or is it easy to construct a program,
to detect which port is used by some server program
and possibly what program is that?

I have an Apache server running, and the http port of it is 8080,
I wonder why I cann't see it, the 8080?
Is it because it's just a binding or some parameters to this
command is needed?

or, sorry, it IS because of the options you select.
