IT's same as pine. I think maybe nobody to use mail program to receiving and
editing mail. So I am confused to use it. But the course needs to know it.

to send attach file by mail:
1. uuencode attach_file > uu_file
2. mail s**[email protected] < uu_file
to read attach file:
1. save mail in mbox
2. edit mbox and dump the attach file (encoded) to another file, say uu_file
3. uudecode uu_file
