刚看央四台，上海永久已不再是国企，而是民营。节目中报导称，这家有七十年的老牌
国企，竟一千万的价格卖给了个人（54%股权）。节目称，当时永久已欠债3.5亿。
这样报导，好象是说永久，已是资不抵债。是国家赚了便宜。哈……
我们什么也不算，仅算算其知名度这一无形资产吧。七十年，可以说在中国是家喻户哓
。以90年代十亿人按每人一元算，这个品牌的价值，也值十个亿吧？
更何其他有形资产，如土地。

A colleague of mine just emailed me this. I'd like to share:)

The NRC rankings are finally out. They express ranking as a range. Two
of the more important measures are the summary "regression-based
quality score and the "survey-based quality score."

I am not amazed by the ranking itself. What really shocked me is that the
strong reactions I sensed from my colleagues. Most of them are so well-
established that I originally thought they would just took this ranking as a
joke and laughed about it.
On the contrary, they were so upset that I could not even describe. I used
to think that only Chinese are obsessed with ranking. No I am baffled...

国有资产私有化，这是九十年代末，2千年初国有企业老总和一些中层分蛋糕的机会，
也是老江老朱的重要功绩之一。可惜我当时太嫩还没混到有资格分碗汤喝。随后出国
又错过了老湖和影帝强坼房价大涨的机会。
总的看起来每一任都有一个核心主题。抓住了任何一个机会都可以笑看人生了。
大家可以考虑下锡金品会怎么出招，抓住下一次机会。

Chinese (students) are obsessed with rankings, 所以老美也只好跟着走了, 否则
招不到学生了.
这次CS排名大跳跃的几个学校, 求其根源, 都是系里面的老中教授挑大梁, 做的出色.
