我新的J1延期文件DS－2019表是从01－12－14起效，时效一年。我可否现在开始申请

同一个的雇主么？我的J1延期不太一样，每年更新时给的新表格的起始日期都是我最初
的起始日期，只有终止日期更新。
我认为你可以现在就开始办理。不放心的话向国际学生学者办公室咨询一下吧

的起始日期，只有终止日期更新。
我认为你可以现在就开始办理。不放心的话向国际学生学者办公室咨询一下吧

是同一个雇主，刚写信问了NIH的DIS，似乎是我得等到新的program生效才行，

把自己名字去了吧，呵呵，我理解是要等新合同生效之后才行的
或者你现在豁免，但是当前DS失效后之后走人？因为NIH申请豁免必须有一个真实的
offer才行，所以我默认你已经有offer了，到你当前DS失效可以豁免完成啊？

之前没注意这个问题，搭车同问啊！！
我是J1-student，然后在申请waiver前先办了延期（academic training），新的表上
的开始日期还是我原来的（2009年）的日期，就是结束日期延长了。但是还有备注说是
加了academic training, 从8月16日才开始。现在DOS已经收到no objection letter了
。那如果在8月16号前他们就发FR的话，我的waiver还有效嘛？ 我以前看版上都说是要
先延期再办waiver的呀。。。

你说的没错。但是分析waiver的步骤，尤其递送材料到使馆的这步好像不会涉及到美国
这面，不知可不可以提前办理，希望能看到有同样经历的信息。
