原来自己在网上可以直接得到，dd或者5 purchases 都可以：

刚到美国，很多都不太懂，请见谅！包子是什么？呵呵，我是新id，应该没有吧。不知
道有没有其他付报酬的方式啊。

用不同的报税软件出了不同结果,求大牛解惑:
2008 年1月1日购第一房 as primary home at 30万.
2015年8月,购第二房 as , primary home.
2016年1月3日出租第一房, 2016年12/29卖掉第一房 at 40万.
2016报税问题:
1. 最近五年有一年出租,收益小于10万, 可以不capital gain 吗?
2. 可以depreciation来减少租房收入吗? 如用,怎么反应这项到capital gain?

10月22日的receipt date。uscis的网站说"Your case can not be found at this
time in My Case Status"。然后我查了周围的号好像都没有，貌似9月27日之后的都查
不到啊，难道没有最近file case的人和我情况相同么？

no capital gain tax but you must take depreciation to offset your rental
income and count the depreciation portion of your capital gain as regular
income.

谢谢大牛。
我用HR, 因为出租时间小于一年，不让报depreciation。
也因为出租时间小于一年，非得要报部分gain according to the percentage rented.
难道hr就没法报嘛？还是我错过了啥关键部分？
或者我根本不该填这房子的出售？
