I don't know, I am not an expert on real estate market, but, personally, I
don't think its annualized return will be more than 10% in the next few
years, in dollar term. So, given its risk, it doesn't fit my investment
appetite, or say risk-return profile.
In reality, I even doubt real GDP could keep +6% for the next few years, on
average.
