I can not reboot my window xp. Lots of important stuff in there. Is there
anyway I can get my files back?

- repair the existing installation
or
- install a new instance of XP, boot to that, back up your files.

Thank you. But in order to do that I must start my PC first. Rightnow I can
not even start the system. Do u think if I can pulg my old hard-disk into
another computer, use the new PC to take out the files in the old hard-disk?

oh... you can't even turn it on?
what happens after you turn on the power? which screen do you get to before
crashing, or what error message do you get?

To be safe for your data, take the hard drive off the computer, and hook it to
some working pc, or use a hard drive enclosure kit. Transfer your data first,
and then figure out how to fix your computer.
