赚钱的人有两种，一种是为了存钱，一种是为了享受生活。
个人意见：年轻时稍微享受一下，比到了退休后拿着大把的票子但是走不动路了要好。
absorbtion 的生活方式，确实不能说是很节俭，但是也不能说是浪费。比方说我每年花
一千到两千刀去滑雪，照很多标准来看，纯粹是浪费。但是我赚钱是为了什么呢？不就是
为了过得高兴么？

how did you expect you father or your sister-in-law (???) to share your
spartment? don't you think their love for you deserves a nice suit in
the Four Seasons? or at least Hyatt?
Seriously, there is no reason we get hyper-ventilated on how others spend
their money and there is no one right or wrong way for others to spend their
money. If a person decides that s/he wants to save as much as s/he can,
fine. If you want to deficit-spend your money, more power to you.
Just remember, being frugal /

i echo this. i saw lots of americans spending tommorrow's money,
maintaining red with their cashflow. they do have a nice house,
driving a hot rod. but when they lost their job in past two years,
they'll have to either withdraw from their 401k or to pay double
interests by applying home equity loan.
yes we need saving, save either for 6 months of living in case
something happen, or save for house downpayment. you don't need
an expensive hobby to show what a successful life you have, riding

hehe.. i remmeber reading a joke somewhere.. the teacher asks a kid
to complete the phrase.. "a penny saved is ..."
the student hesitated for a second and said... "not much"

I see people have covered just about every aspect of the pros and cons of
saving money, maybe this has something to do with age, when you are younger,
you tend not think much about future as older people do, younger people are
more interested in fun things to do, but are less wary of the danger of not
saving enough, they will think differently as they grow older and more
realistic stuff kicks in, it is certainly very farsighted if people know to
save when they are younger but it only becomes all
