Since I applied for H-1B by myself and did not hire any lawyer, I became more
and more nervous when the EAD expiration date is approching. At first, I leave
out about 6 months to apply in California sevice center and I thought even if
my case is turned down for some reason, I still have time to hire a lawyer.
Who knows, it is a extremely long waiting in California! I am getting more and
more nervous with time goes by because I just bought a new car and plan to buy

I did it all by myself means I prepared everything, including writing the
petition letter, etc. Of course, my company has to sign all the legal files.
I only paid $130 by myself. That is it. Here is a list of all the stuff
prepared by me. Just for your reference. Of course, you may not need all the
stuff. To be safe, I collected all the possiblely necessary material.
BTW, if your company is willing to pay your attorney fee, you do not need to
worry about all these stuff because even if you fail,
