me recently started to actively manage my 401k assets, and then
couple of weeks ago received a letter from Fidelity saying that
i have a day-trade pattern, they wanted to warn me

words of wisdom is that you need re-allocate the distribution each
quarter based on the current performance, religiously

I only rebalance when there is big move in bond yield. My next target for
rebalance is when T-note yield hit 4.5 :-)
Fidelity is really good. We are using lame Schwab. :-( Not many choices
but those slackers.
