I believe it depends on your technical strenght. You are a senior
if you can finish a mid size project as leader, you are mid if you can
indepently (with little instruction) finish one or more module of
a mid size project, you are a junior-entry level if you can
implement most class/module given basic instruction/prototype.
Frankly, I have seen senior with 1 year experience and junior with 5 years
experience.
