$60 million asset -> 2% mgmt fee, 20% of profit sharing = $2.4 million income
assuming 10% return a year
500k-> 3rd party marketer (now down to 1.9M)
3 employees -> 500k (1.4M)
rent, secretary, supplies -> 200k (1.2M)
partner/investor -> 50% of 1.2M (600k)
so the gross income is 600k/year for the hedge fund mgr, now the expenses:
tax 250k (350k left)
mortgage 8k/month, property tax 2k/month (230
