I-129 就是办理H1B时候填写的表格，然后HR签字的那个表复印件么？没有什么政府部
门的批准什么的吗？
我们这律师给的是一堆表，包括129，就HR的人签字的复印件，对么？

昨天公司已经给了口头offer.说试用期两个月后给办H1b。试用期和正式工作的工资也
已经谈好了。然后说今天会打电话通知我何时上班。根据大家经验，今天如果不打电话
是不是就没戏了？

申请时，只要还有有效h1b批件应该就可以

I-129 is the form for H1B. (Similarly, I-485 is the form for Adjustment of
Status.) Every form has its unique purpose. Your laywer will send the
filing documents (including I-129 and other supporting documents) to USCIS (
US Citizenship and Immigration Service, a government agency). Upon
receiving the documents, USCIS will send a receipt notice to your lawyer.
And when USCIS approves the case, they will send the approval notice to your
lawyer.

表，我问是这个表，就是ＨＲ的签字的表吗？是不是Ｈ４　签证的时候也要个你说的

我看美国领事馆网站写的说是要经认证的ｉ１２９表，这个表怎么认证？

My daughters applied visa last year. Both my wife and I did not have GC when
my daughters were born here. We have GC now. It is good to contact them and
make sure. They may change their policy again.

I applied for my H1B visa in Shanghai in 2008. I brought my H1B approval
notice with me and the VO looked at the approval notice. I would think that
for H4, the VO would also want to look at the approval notice.
Not sure what is 经认证的ｉ１２９表. Maybe that's a new requirement, or
maybe that's a requirement for H4. But I am very sure that the H1B approval
notice is required.

有绿卡后办过签证就无法再办旅行证了，没办过签证即使父母绿卡也可以版旅行证。亲
身经历。

楼上几位的孩子都具有中国国籍，依照《中国护照法》合资格取得《中国护照》，不合
资格取得《中国旅行证》。
请不要在领事服务窗口不法分子的哄骗下申请错误类型的旅行证件。
