I think it's more reasonable if 工资 depends on what kind of position you
take. If you are taking a IT CEO position, even without the degree there is
still no upper limit. But if you have a PhD degree and seek a entry level
job, how much you think the company will pay you?

asking for the common cases, not CEO, not entry-level either.
