• 工作地点：北京

• 截止日期：ongoing

• Assist in volunteer recruitment process

• Maintain effective communication with internal and external parties

• Provide logistic support such as venue reservation, on-site support, payment arrangement

• Support all Corporate Responsibility communication materials as required;

• Support to other Corporate Responsibility team members in China and Hong Kong for fundraisers, events, emergency appeals and other strategic initiatives as required;

• Assist in data collection and analysis for activities involved; and logistical support for meetings, presentations, seminars and trainings mainly for Beijing office;

• Respond to all internal and external enquiries regarding Corporate Responsibility promptly and professionally, with guidance from the senior team members.

• Passionate for and commitment to social responsibility;

• Motivated with strong time and project management skills to work on multiple tasks;

• Teamwork spirited yet can work independently with excellent communication skills;

• Detail-oriented, highly organized and careful with data and figures.

• Student who could work at least 3 days a week and on job for at least 4 or 5 months is expected;

• Basic knowledge / experiences in CSR/charities/NGO is preferred;

• Fluent written and spoken communication in English and Mandarin;

• Proven PC skills, highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Strong logistics, detail minded and good interpersonal communication skills desired.
