• 开放职位：首席工程经理
• 面向对象：计算机或机器学习专业硕士及以上学历
• 工作地点：北京
• 截止日期：ongoing

• Build the most comprehensive web document understand/recall/rank models by DL with:

• Defining problems and establishing metrics

• Gathering training data at scale

• Exploring model design and architecture

• Exploring learning objectives and tasks

• Optimizing solutions and shipping to production

• Research and development of DL models for different Microsoft AI scenarios, including office, Bing search and recommendation, etc.

• Develop and maintain large scale DL infrastructure and platform.

• Master or higher degree in computer science or machine learning subjects, PHD is preferred

• Experiences in applying deep learning techniques and drive AI product (Search, Recommendation, NLP, Document Understanding, etc.)

• Solid understanding with latest DL models, such as DSSM, LSTM, RNN, Transforms, etc.

• Rich experience on E2E machine learning tasks, case study, data augmentation, hyper-parameter tuning, model optimizations, etc.

• Familiar with common machine learning frameworks, such as Pytorch or Tensorflow

• Experience on model compression and distillation is preferred.

• Passionate, quick learner and self-motivated

• Quick learning and easy to collaborate
