洪都拉斯总统喊话美国
据拉丁美洲通讯社报道，第28届伊比利亚美洲国家首脑会议日前在多米尼加闭幕。出席会议的洪都拉斯总统卡斯特罗在发言时，敦促美国解除对拉美一些国家的封锁。
"it is time to demand an end to the blockades against Latin America, such as Venezuela and Nicaragua, and some against humanity such as the application against the people of Cuba, which has lasted for more than six decades and without a positive result, not even for those who they apply it".
