Reporting line

Report to the mentor and also work for other Attorneys as assigned

Job responsibilities

1.Perform a variety of tasks under the direct supervision of partners, associate and staff；

2.Apply the basic skills of legal research, writing and analysis with efficiency and high quality；

3.Accept responsibility for successful and timely completion of assigned tasks and complete their work accurately and professionally；

4.Demonstrate teamwork in their work and relationships with partners, associates and staff；

5.Participate fully in professional development programs hosted by the Firm, PG and office；

6.Keep current on legal developments through self-study and reading；

7.Adhere fully to the administrative requirements of the Firm and their PG；

8.Engage in practice development activities; assist with articles, speeches and presentations; participate in networking opportunities; learn about the Firm’s practices, offices and business; demonstrate pride in the Firm;

Requirements

1.First/Second year postgraduate student in law from a recognized law school with excellent academic credentials；

2.Excellent (written and spoken) English language skills；

3.Excellent analytical and drafting abilities；

4.Ability to work independently and efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment；

5.Team orientation and strong motivation；

6.Self responsible and disciplined；
