特朗普出庭应诉！最高刑期可能达到136年......

据新华社报道，美国前总统特朗普4日下午在纽约州纽约市出庭应诉，成为美国历史上首位被刑事起诉的前总统。美国专家和媒体认为，特朗普刑事案凸显并加深美国政治和民意撕裂。

Former US president Donald Trump, who was arraigned at the Manhattan Criminal Court in New York City and became the first former US president to be criminally indicted, reportedly pleaded not guilty.

曼哈顿地区检察官阿尔文·布拉格在特朗普出庭后宣布，特朗普被诉34项伪造商业记录重罪，被指控在2016年美国总统选举前后伪造商业记录以对选民隐瞒负面信息和非法活动。

Trump is charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records, the Manhattan district attorney said on Tuesday afternoon.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced the indictment after Trump's arraignment, accusing him of "falsifying New York business records in order to conceal damaging information and unlawful activity from American voters before and after the 2016 election."

据环球网援引《纽约邮报》报道称，这些重罪指控意味着特朗普面临的最高刑期有可能达到136年。英国天空新闻报道称，根据纽约州法律，上述指控加在一起，最高可判处136年监禁，而如果特朗普在审判过程中被判有罪，刑期几乎可以肯定会远低于136年。

新华社记者当天在曼哈顿刑事法院外看到，法院大楼被金属栅栏包围，周围道路被封锁，现场有大量警察和警车，戒备森严。特朗普的支持者和反对者聚集在法院正对面的公园内，虽然被栅栏和警察隔开，但双方隔空喊话，情绪激动。

当天出庭结束后，特朗普离开法院，乘坐飞机返回位于佛罗里达州的海湖庄园。晚间，他在海湖庄园发表讲话，称“从未想过这种事会发生在美国”。

"I never thought anything like this could happen in America. I never thought it could happen," Trump said Tuesday night. "The only crime that I have committed is to fearlessly defending our nation from those who seek to destroy it."

据环球网援引美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）当地时间4日消息，特朗普在其自创的社交媒体平台上发布了他当天被传讯出庭的反应。“这次听证会让很多人感到震惊，因为他们没有‘惊喜’，因此也没有立案。几乎所有的法律专家都说，此案不成立。没有任何违法行为！”特朗普在帖子中写道。

"The hearing was shocking to many in that they had no 'surprises', and therefore, no case. Virtually every legal pundit has said that there is no case here. There was nothing done illegally!" Trump wrote in a message on his social media platform Truth Social.

共和党人特朗普一直否认有不当行为，并指责来自民主党的检察官布拉格对他进行“政治迫害”。特朗普还被牵扯进其他几项调查，涉及2021年1月6日“国会山骚乱”、卸任总统时对机密文件的处理、干预2020年美国总统选举计票等。
