• Business Analyst:

• Business Analysts enable the transformation and performance improvement of an enterprise or its parts, with respect to people, process and technology, by providing relevant capabilities, assets (human and non-human), processes and tools. Business Analysts structure, analyze and visualize an enterprise’s current state. They design and visualize the future state. They also design and guide the change process from current to future state. Developing industry knowledge is extremely important for all Business Analysts. Functional analysts can specialize in Business fundamentals, Enterprise Resource Process software, Application Management or Custom Software Development.

• Programmer / Developer:

• Programmers and developers are responsible for programming and developing software using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code, programming per the requirement, fixing bugs and quality assurance. In gaining experience as a programmer, they become responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, monitoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documenting policies, software development, testing and release.

• Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst:

• PMO Analysts are a group with a business that defines and maintains standards for project management within the organization or project. They are responsible for initiating, planning, executing and closing projects. It is aimed at ensuring standardization, reducing duplication and leveraging resources such as people technology and communication.

• Quality Engineer:

• Testing Analysts are responsible for identifying and defining the required tests, monitoring the test coverage and evaluating the overall quality of the software. This role is responsible for reliability, quality and performance of the softwar through software quality assurance. This includes opportunities in through manual, automated and performance testing.

• A Bachelor's degree

• A minimum GPA of 3.3 of 4.0

• A willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate

• Ability to travel to India for training, if requested by the Practice

• Interest in working with technology to design, quality check and manage various solutions and advancements for our clients

• Excellent communication skills

• Eager and desire to learn new things in a rapid-fast paced environment

• Analytical and prolem solver

• Desire to work in a culturally diverse, team-based environment
