马来西亚前总理说出了真相！华春莹转发

日前，外交部部长助理、新闻发言人华春莹在推特上发了一段马来西亚前总理马哈蒂尔的讲话视频。

视频里，马哈蒂尔非常直白地点出了美国胁迫外交的真相。他说：“我们希望与中国友好……但是美国却在告诉大家请对抗中国。”

据日媒此前报道，当地时间5月24日，马来西亚前总理马哈蒂尔在东京出席驻日外国记者协会活动。华春莹发布的视频为马哈蒂尔受访时的一个片段。根据视频，马哈蒂尔在谈及中国时说道，“我们想要同中国保持友好关系，如果我们可以做到这一点，那为何其他国家做不到呢？但是，美国告诉所有人‘请对抗中国，请施压中国，制裁中国’。”

In the face of U.S.-China tensions and the trade war between the two nations, Mahathir said that developing countries like Malaysia should not be forced to choose sides because China is a big market that Kuala Lumpur cannot afford to lose.

 "We don't ... care what system they use, we just want to trade with people," he said.

“China is a big trading partner for Malaysia, we don’t want to see any tension, any conflict with China and we hope that the U.S. will realize that China is there, it’s not going to disappear, and we have to live with China, which is now richer than most countries in the world”, he said at “The Future of Asia,” a conference organized by Nikkei Inc.
