Education and Experience Required:

• High School Degree 3rd Year of University completed–typically a technical degree specialization.

• 2nd or 3rd year student pursuin a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Services, or related technical field. 3.0 GPA is preferred

• Must have good Communication Skills

• Knowledge of the ITIL process, incident and problem management, as well as agile/scrum is helpful

• Skills in public speaking, training, and technical writing

• Ability to learn products and concepts quickly and thoroughly

• Basic programming on object-oriented language and scripting

• Basic knowledge of Service Now, Performance Analytics, PING, SSO, LDAP

• Analytical and structured thinking/problem solving – understand true root causes, effective counter measures and continuous improvement practices, attention to detail

• Highly organized, exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

• Ability to work independently, and strong desire to overcome challenges

• Data driven with proven results and outcomes

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree working towards completion of Ph.D. program in Computer Science, Statistics, and/or Math or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience, journal and/or conference publications or open-source projects

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of Cloud – AzureML, AzureDevOps, Testing, Data Engineering, CI/CD processes, Software Deployment, ML pipeline/solution lifecycle

• Knowledge of modern computer science including algorithms, data structures, software architecture. Where applicable, knowledge of cloud and hybrid cloud service architectures and their impacts on development and deployment. Able to architect new solutions that combine services, data preparation and pre-processing, machine learning models and data presentation.

• Knowledge of the Mathematics of Machine Learning (particularly Linear Algebra, differential calculus) and Statistics

• Deep understanding of current machine learning algorithms, under which circumstances each is applicable and their pros and cons. Able to compose new model architectures and objective functions

• Knowledge of data processing techniques and data pre-processing requirements for the common machine learning approaches. Knowledge of data collection techniques. Knowledge of data augmentation approaches and their pros and cons
