As part of this programme, you’ll:
Have the opportunity to immerse yourself into the financial services industry and Macquarie
Gain an insight into the different technologies we use as well as some of the varied career paths available to you in technology
Participate in interactive project management and skills-based workshops led by our Technology teams
Have networking opportunities
Participate in networking opportunities with graduates to senior leaders across Macquarie's Technology teams and the businesses they support skills based sessions from CV clinics to interview preparation.
Top performers will be fast-tracked to an early interview for Macquarie’s 2025 Technology Internship Programme.

To be eligible for our Technology Spring Insight Programme you must be in your first year of a three-year course, or second year of a four-year course. If you can demonstrate strong academic performance and involvement in extra-curricular and community activities, we'd like to hear from you.
Our Technology Spring Insight Programme will take place during the Easter break Spring 2024.

Spring Week是英国特有的Pre-Internship Program早期探索项目，时间从3天到2周不等，参与学生可以深入了解各部门/岗位的工作内容和要求。 投行、商行、会计、咨询等行业都有公司开放，针对的是低年级学生。正因针对的是低年级，所以申请门槛极低。
投行：Rothschild&Co、Morgan Stanley 咨询：Roland Berger、Alphasights 其他：会计RSM Global、资管BlackRock、四大KPMG、商行BNP Paribas、HSBC汇丰
