摆拍网红“抹黑女性骑手”，被起诉了

近日，“美团起诉四名摆拍网红损害骑手形象”引发关注。

23日，深圳特区报记者从美团外卖相关负责人处了解到，为维护外卖骑手群体权益，美团外卖将对四名冒充骑手进行虚假摆拍、恶意造谣的网红提起诉讼。要求对方向外卖员群体道歉并赔偿损失。

四个“账号”被起诉，有人曾被行拘

被起诉的四名网红中，有前段时间因冒充女性外卖员摆拍而引发巨大争议的社交媒体账号“小逗逗”。

11月初，“小逗逗”拍摄制作的多组女性身着外卖工服、丝袜或短裙送外卖的擦边视频及照片在网上流传，被大量自媒体解读为“新型卖淫模式”。有人将海外某订餐平台的高价菜单页面，与“小逗逗”摆拍的身穿外卖工服涉黄擦边照片拼凑在一起，通过社交软件进行转发扩散。

In early November, some photos and video about female delivery riders wearing exposing cloths and posing gestures full of sexual innuendos began circulating on social media platform such as Sina Weibo, a microblogging site, and Kuaishou, a video-sharing platform.

This information gained attention from various media outlets and became viral on multiple platforms, which fueled several thousands of pieces of sex-related rumors.

11月3日，“外卖1400元牛杂汤提供非法服务”相关话题在网络流传，海南琼中警方介入调查后，于次日发布通报，称其为不实信息。

On Nov 3, a topic saying "a takeout beef soup worth 1,400 yuan ($200) was actually providing illegal services" began trending on Sina Weibo, which later on the next day was proved to be fabricated information after an investigation launched by police in Hainan province.

目前，“小逗逗”微博账号已被禁言。

Among the four sued influencers, one nicknamed "Bao Er Qi Qi Ge" gained public attention in August for staging a video of "a female delivery rider crying late at night after her bicycle was stolen". However, the police investigation in Huaihua, Hunan province, revealed that the topic and video were fabricated. As a result, she was administratively detained for fabricating and disseminating false information.

“这类为了流量而恶意编造的网络段子、虚假信息，很容易误导公众，部分视频抹黑女性骑手群体形象，并对该群体的送单安全带来威胁。”美团外卖相关负责人称，将通过法律手段维护广大骑手权益，今后也将联动公安机关、网信部门及网络内容发布平台，共同对此类恶意传播虚假信息、扰乱社会治安的行为进行打击。

网友：网络不是法外之地

@江宁婆婆 发文称，这种什么媛之类的事情，损害的远不只是美团或者外卖员的形象，更是对女性形象的极大损害……奉劝这些网红早日收手，网络不是法外之地，这些歪风邪气该刹一刹了。

不少网友也表示，应该好好整治擦边主播。
