第九届亚冬会组委会11日公布2025年亚冬会的吉祥物“滨滨”和“妮妮”。

2024年1月11日，在2025年第九届亚洲冬季运动会新闻发布仪式的现场，本届赛会的口号、会徽、吉祥物终于正式亮相。会徽“超越”、吉祥物“滨滨”和“妮妮”、口号“冰雪同梦，亚洲同心（Dream of Winter, Love among Asia）”今后将作为2025年第九届亚冬会的官方标识，与所有人一起迎接本届赛会的到来。

The Organizing Committee for the 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025 unveiled the official emblem, mascots, and slogan on Thursday for the regional games scheduled for February 2025 in Harbin, Heilongjiang province.

赛会吉祥物一一东北虎“滨滨”和“妮妮”由清华大学美术学院团队创作完成，体现了对东北独特的自然和文化遗产——东北虎文化的深入探索和塑造。

The mascots of the 9th Asian Winter Games - Siberian tigers “Binbin” and “Nini” - made their public debut amid cheers at the unveiling ceremony held in Harbin.

They were created by the team of the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, symbolizing the in-depth exploration and shaping of the unique natural and cultural heritage of the Northeast - the Siberian tiger culture.

“滨滨”名字取自“哈尔滨”，“妮妮”取自“您”的读音，两个名字寓意“哈尔滨欢迎您”，展示出哈尔滨对亚洲各国和地区友人的热切期盼和诚挚欢迎。“滨滨”和“妮妮”强壮、可爱、热情、喜庆的整体形象，象征着亚冬会运动员强壮的身体、坚韧的意志，象征着哈尔滨人民热情豪爽、喜迎宾客。

“Archetypes of ‘Binbin’ and ‘Nini’ are two cute little Siberian tigers born in September 2023 at the Siberian Tiger Park in Harbin,”Zhang Qixiang, the mayor of Harbin, vice-chairman and secretary-general of the Organizing Committee for the 9th Asian Winter Games, said at the ceremony. “Their names mean ‘Welcome to Harbin’, showing Harbin’s eager anticipation and sincere welcome to friends from Asian countries.”

“Binbin” represents the ice events as he shows off his winter sports wear and sharing his joy of ice dancing, while “Nini”represents the snow events, wearing traditional Chinese clothes.

在中华民族传统文化中，虎是吉祥的象征，被赋予很多积极的品格，其中“正直”“力量”和“勇气”，与奥林匹克运动精神高度契合。

In the traditional Chinese culture, the tiger is a symbol of good luck and has been endowed with many positive characters, among which “integrity”,“strength” and “courage” are highly consistent with the Olympic spirit.

“滨滨”和“妮妮”以2023年9月出生于黑龙江东北虎林园的两只可爱的小东北虎为原型进行设计创作，将虎头虎脑的可爱形象与哈尔滨独特的冬季冰雪文化特色、民俗文化风情巧妙融合在一起。

“Binbin” and “Nini” well integrate the cute image of the tiger with the unique characteristics of Harbin’s winter ice and snow and folk cultures.

会徽“超越”同样由清华大学美术学院团队创作完成。图案融合短道速滑运动员奋力冲刺的姿态、哈尔滨市花丁香花和亚奥理事会太阳图标等元素，将中国文化与奥林匹克元素结合，传递新时代中国加快体育强国建设，不懈努力向更高、更快、更强的目标发起挑战，为亚洲冰雪运动作出新贡献的美好追求。

The emblem of the 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025 - Breakthrough - was also created by the team of the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, expressing the beautiful pursuit of accelerating the construction of China’s sports power in the new era, making unremitting efforts to challenge the goal of higher, faster and stronger, and making new contributions to Asian ice and snow sports.

The design integrates elements such as the sprinting posture of speed skaters, the lilac flower of Harbin city and the logo of the Olympic Council of Asia, well combining Chinese culture with Olympic elements.

会徽由主体图形、文字标志、亚奥理事会太阳标志三部分组成。短道速滑运动员灵动飘逸的身姿，体现了亚洲冰雪健儿奋力拼搏、不断超越自我的体育精神，也是哈尔滨“奥运冠军之城”的荣耀之证。盛开的丁香花，展现了哈尔滨开放包容的城市文化。舞动的飘带为会徽增添了欢庆的视觉感受，既是对过往的致敬，也是对未来的憧憬。左上角太阳图标是亚奥理事会的象征符号，代表着亚洲各国和地区共同追求繁荣进步与和平的夙愿。

The short track speed skater’s agile and elegant embody the sportmanship of the athletes across Asia and is also the proud manifestation of the host city Harbin as a “City of Olympic Champions”.

The blooming lilac symbolizes Harbin’s city culture of warmheartedness while the swirling ribbon adds a joyous visual impression of the emblem.

The OCA symbol in the upper left represents the long-standing aspiration of Asian countries to pursue progress and peace.

会徽以蓝色和紫色为主色调的渐变，逼真模拟阳光照射在冰面后折射的斑斓光影，寓意冰雪运动魅力无限。

With gradients of blue and purple, the emblem simulates the light and shadow refracted when sunlight hits the ice, depicting the charming of winter sports.

图形整体线条结构可以看出是一个变体汉字“九”，直意为第九届亚冬会。中华文化，以九为尊，充满未来感的“九”，表达了哈尔滨对亚洲各国和地区睦邻友人的至高礼遇。此外，外部轮廓线条又组成了一个草书的“合”字。中华民族“合”文化深远丰富，传递出中国人民期待与亚洲各国和地区友人欢聚一堂，团结合作、携手进步的美好夙愿。

The overall line structure of the emblem can be seen as a variant of the Chinese character “jiu”, which means nine, signifying the the 9th Asian Winter Games.

The external contour lines form a cursive Chinese character “he”, which means harmony, conveying the Chinese people’s deep longing for solidarity common progress and a happy convergence with Asian friends.

2025年第九届亚洲冬季运动会会徽、吉祥物创作团队负责人，清华大学美术学院视觉传达设计系主任陈磊介绍到，团队创作的会徽和吉祥物以充分的内涵表达和创新的形象设计，体现了哈尔滨城市的自然特质和人文精神，体现了亚冬会的核心理念，以及主办国、主办城市的文化底蕴与价值观念。

“The emblem and mascots created by our team express the full connotation and innovative image design, reflecting the natural characteristics and humanistic spirit of Harbin city, and the core concept of the Asian Winter Games, as well as the cultural heritage and values of the host country and host city,” said the chief designer Chen Lei，head of Department of Visual Communication Design of of the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University.

2025年第九届亚洲冬季运动会主题口号“冰雪同梦，亚洲同心（Dream of Winter, Love among Asia）”用“冰雪”串联亚洲各国和地区，打造冰雪经济新增长极，促进亚洲各国和地区以及和“一带一路”国家人文交流，以亚冬会为纽带，推动亚洲各国和地区携手合作，共同发展。

The slogan of the 9th Asian Winter Games - “Dream of Winter, Love among Asia” - highlights the concept of connecting Asian countries with ice and snow, creating new growth poles of ice and snow economy, and promoting cultural exchanges between Asian countries, according to the committee.

It also highlights the practice of the vision of “a community with a shared future for mankind”, and the Asian Winter Games should be used as a link to promote cooperation and common development among Asian countries.

冰雪同梦，意在亚冬会为各国和地区运动员展现冰雪运动魅力，实现人生梦想搭建了广阔舞台；体现了人类不断超越自我，对奥林匹克精神的不懈追求；寄托了激励更多人积极投身冰雪运动的热切期待。

亚洲同心，展现了各国和地区人民以真诚和热情增进团结和友谊，以交流和尊重推动文明互鉴和进步的共同期许，表达了追求和平发展，共建人类命运共同体的美好愿景。

2023年9月19日发布全球征集公告至10月18日征集期间，共收到来自国内外有效应征作品4608件，其中，口号设计作品3518条、会徽设计作品760件、吉祥物设计作品330件。

经过专家评审并对相关作品提出修改完善意见后，按程序通过审核。“2025年第九届亚洲冬季运动会口号、会徽、吉祥物凝结着哈尔滨的腾飞期盼、汇聚着黑龙江的发展情怀。我们相信，这些文化符号一定会成为被传承的历史印记，成为世界奥林匹克运动历史进程中耀眼的璀璨星辰，更是黑龙江和哈尔滨高质量发展、可持续振兴新的坐标系！”第九届亚冬会组委会副主席兼秘书长、哈尔滨市委副书记、市长张起翔说。

“After experts reviewed and approved according to procedure, the organizing committee confirmed the relevant design plan on schedule,” he said. “The slogan, emblem and mascots of the 9th Asian Winter Games present the aspirations of the people of Harbin, the development feelings of Heilongjiang, and the historical envoys of the Party and the country.”

“We believe that these cultural symbols will surely become the historical mark of the 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025, the dazzling stars in the historical process of the world Olympic movement, and the new coordinate system for the high-quality development of Heilongjiang and Harbin,” he added.
