6 months project in home department - Sales Strategy and Market Analysis:
1.Keep tracking market competition status, including premium segment and passenger vehicle market, especially for NEV market
2.monitoring latest product movement, including new generation, new profile, etc
3.analyzed volume and sales quality development for all related brands and models to provide insight for management decision
3 months placement in BMW Product team for product knowledge understanding, with certain projects to follow.
3 months project/placement in BMW Training Academy for product feature training deep dive
Other projects and tasks assigned by line manager, if any
招聘要求 …
Master degree in a relevant discipline with excellent grades
Preference in Marketing, Economics or Business and maybe if suitable candidates as well with Automotive knowledge
Solid knowledge and great passion in auto industry.(auto/engineer/etc. related major preferred)
Fluent English (as well as knowledge of another language if English is the native language)
Initiative, personal accountability, willingness to change, team spirit, and self reflection
Strong organizational and project leadership skills
Highly self-motivated and structured problem solving abilities are essential attributes as is the ability to priorities high levels of workload
Confident and competent presentation and communication skills
At least six months of relevant work experience (e.g. internships, training, initial professional experience)
Extracurricular involvement (e.g. initial leadership experience in a university, community, or work setting, engagement in a student project, political or charity organization)
