Launched as a new program at LEAP 12.0 Annual Conference in October, 2023, LEAP ACE has successfully helped companies across industries and development stages to fuel growth, optimize cost, and craft implementation plans. For example, we have drafted and helped implement GTM strategies for education companies, and crafted growth strategies for a SaaS company to achieve its top-line targets.
Get Started with Our Consulting Project
In response to high demand, we plan to start the next project Business Plan and Strategy for an AI-first service startup. Advised by seasoned MBB consultants, this 4-week sprint will equip you with essential skills in market analysis, competitor research, customer identification, and GTM strategies. The project culminates in the creation of an investor deck, with the potential for further engagements with the client.
