如何更新美国护照

请教下，我孩子的美国护照过期了，未满16岁，去哪里更新护照呢？

Children Under 16. All children under age 16 must apply for a passport in person with two parents or guardians using Form DS-11. You cannot renew your child's passport using Form DS-82. Passports for children under age 16 are only valid for 5 years.

请教下是上网填表格还是去邮局做呢

未满十六岁，都是重新申请新护照，不能更新。填写一下DS11表格，带上需要的证件预约时间到邮局办理，父母都要到场！

补充下孩子本人也要在，我去年到usps更新没带孩子（在上学）后来重约的时间
