Tulane University 怎么样？特别商科。 以前好像和其他三个称为南方IVY LEAGUE

最近一查，排名都70，80名了，学费还巨贵，
印象中这个学校跟VANDEBILT, EMORY ，RICE, DUKE一类的. 都是30-40名的。最近怎么掉的这么厉害

哎哟，现在是时兴穿马甲？

学费6 万多刀。可是无论地理位置，还是学校排名，都不是特别有优势。

读个大州立都比去这破地方好。我宁愿去PSU 也不会去这种地方

都是有钱孩子的去处。考虑性价比的普通收入家庭不会考虑。

Duke，Rice， Vanderbilt 都进前20了

杜兰医法商都挺强的 商学院挺多老钱家族的拿家族基金的孩子 Katrina 飓风前排名很高 之后因为校园仪器设备被毁，毕业生断层，排名下降了 后来重建了理工学院，排名又逐步提高 现在排名规则改了，排名又下滑了

在新奥尔良，有点party school

地方穷，发展受制约，05年整个新奥尔良损失惨重

duke, rice都是T20, 这么个破学校有法比吗？更不用说地方糟糕了。。。

Tulane's ranking dropped from 44th in previous years to 73rd in 2024, which may be due to the new methodology used for the rankings. The new methodology includes: No longer considering class size Weighting first-generation graduation rates at 2.5% Dropping the weight of financial resources per student from 10% to 8%  Tulane has criticized the new methodology, saying that it is less relevant for most students and that it failed to accurately measure the financial success of its students and the graduation rates of first-generation students. 
看来学校还是可以的，就是最新的排名方式DEI了

感觉那个破地方只能骗骗国内人了，国内排名不与时俱进的，不过给奖学金挺大方。

深红的南方州最好避开，虽然new oleans未必很红。州一层的法律影响深远，比如abortion

取消掉 课堂size 后， 公立学校排名大涨。

商学院和duke emory 不是一个档次的 也逊色于vandy 跟rice差不多

著名的party school，整个城市就是一个巨大的派对场的感觉，每年mardi gras会有各地的人飞过去游行派对，很热闹

当年认识的一位在那里读的商科博士，出来直接发考题了

白人比较喜欢，好好考虑你一华人小孩去那里读啥

有钱的律师啥的都挺爱让孩子去那儿的

Tulane确实商学院挺好的 但是duke emory是非常非常好的 就像top 50的学校在我眼里都挺好 但跟top 20不是一样的

整个City 不安全，黑人多。之前排名高还有不少人去。现在排名降下这么多，除非没有其他选择，才会去吧。前面有人提到PSU 商学院，并不好进，比Tulane 难进。

去了new orleans觉得特别衰败 我觉得大学在那里呆4年估计就呆废了。la这个州是我去过所有州里面最破落的一个（我没去过west virginia）

duke // vandi // rice 本科没有商学院吧，只有econ.
