《Three poems of Jiangnan memories (the southern Changjiang River shore memories)》by Bai, Juyi
First poem:
Wonderful Jiangnan! The scene is as ever since:
Sunrise reflects on flowers at the riverside redder than blaze,
The river is greener than bluegrass as spring comes.
How can I forget Jiangnan?
Jiangnan recalls: these are the most impressive views in Hangzhou.
In the Tianzhu Temple, searching for blooming osmanthus during the moon festival,
Climbing up the Jun Pavilion to overlook the tide of the Qiantang River rises and falls.
When can I visit Hangzhou again?
Third poem:
Jiangnan recalls: these are the second most impressive views in the Wu Palace.
Drinking the Wu Palace's fine wine - the spring bamboo leaves,
Watching beauties sing and dance in pairs like elegant hibiscus flowers.
When can I see them once more?

《Dreaming of the Southern Shore》by Bai Juyi
Fair Southern shore
With scenes I adore.
At sunrise riverside flowers redder than fire,
In spring green waves grow as blue as sapphire,
Which I can't but admire.
It's Hangzhou I adore.
The laurels fallen from the moon I'd like to store,
And watch in the pavilion rise the tidal bore.
When can I visit it once more?
Second of all,
I dream of Southern palace hall.
A cup of wine green as bamboo exhaling spring,
Fair dancers two by two like drunken lotus sing.
When can I see them on the wing?
